Process of the Investigation:
What Happens after you Contact us:
Once you contact us with your inquiry, we will respond to you usually within 24 hours. We will either call you or Email you.
We will arrange a time that is mutual to both of us to come to your location to do a simple walk through, do a short EMF & EVP session to determine if some of your concerns have a natural explanation.
(ex.)..faulty wiring, loose pipes, house settling etc etc.
There will Never be more than 2 investigators for the walkthrough
We will have a 5 page questionnaire for you to fill out to the best of your knowledge & recollection as to the activity that you or anyone has experienced in your location.
Once we receive your filled out forms & we conclude our preliminary walk through & sessions, we will discuss with you what you would like us to try to do to help you & set up a date to conduct a thorough paranormal investigation if you request such.
We will usually set the date for approx. 2-10 days from the walk through unless violence has been reported or small children are involved.
And Please be re-assured..We hold ALL of our clients identities Private. We WILL NOT release any evidence captured with any medium..(TV, Internet, or Our Website unless YOU sign a waiver allowing us to do so.
We will NEVER disclose your names & street addresses, anywhere. We will also NEVER display photos of the outside of your home or business.
