THE DEFINITION OF PARANORMAL
Paranormal is a general term (coined ca. 1915–1920) that designates experiences that lie outside "the range of normal experience or scientific explanation" or that indicates phenomena that are understood to be outside of science's ability to or measure. Paranormal phenomena are distinct from certain hypothetical entities, such as dark matter and dark energy, insofar as paranormal phenomena are inconsistent with the world as already understood through empirical observation coupled with scientific methodology. THE DEFINITION OF A HAUNTED HOUSE
A haunted house is defined as a house that is believed to be a center for supernatural occurrences or paranormal phenomena.
A haunted house may allegedly contain ghosts, poltergeists, or even malevolent entities such as demons.
Haunted houses are often regarded as being inhabited by spirits of deceased who may have been former residents or were familiar with the property.
Supernatural activity homes is said to be mainly associated with violent or tragic events in the building's past such as murder, accidental death, or suicide sometimes in the recent or ancient past.
Amongst many cultures and religions it is believed that the essence of a being such as the '' continues to exist.
Some philosophical and religious views argue that the 'spirits' of those who have died have not 'passed over' and are trapped inside the property where their memories and energy is strong.
Entities which are said to 'haunt' homes are often believed to make noises, appear as apparitions, and shift or launch physical objects. This is sometimes manifested into 'poltergeist activity'; poltergeist ie 'noisy spirit'.
Traditionally an exorcism or cleansing is used to remove unwelcome spirits from the property.
Legends about haunted houses have long appeared in literature.
Haunting is used as a plot device in Gothic or horror fiction or, more lately, paranormal-based fiction. Roman-era authors Plautus, Pliny the Younger, and Lucian wrote stories about haunted houses, and more modern authors from Henry James to Stephen King have featured them in their writings.
Haunted castles and mansions are common in Gothic literature such as Dracula.

In the past few years there have been a lot of TV shows focusing on the paranormal, but, lets face it, they are TV shows. They are for entertainment only. You can't really do an investigation with a TV crew, it just doesn't work. I'm not saying they're a bad thing-they show the world that we are not a bunch of devil worshipers out howling at the moon.
The Paranormal world has already has a history of scams and snake salesmen to over come. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you not to watch these shows, they are entertaining, I watch them . I'm just saying take them for what they are.

investigating claims of the paranormal. We use a scientific approach
to our investigations, as opposed to a metaphysical one, to obtain
non-disputable evidence of the paranormal. We do not use Ouija
boards, dowsing rods, or seances as part of our investigations due
to their questionable scientific nature. We are looking for the
truth...for evidence. We maintain an optimistically skeptical attitude
in all of our investigations, however, that which cannot be disproved
may be potential evidence.
We do not charge for our investigations or consultations...we cannot
guarantee any specific results or findings. To better assist us with
being able to help others, we do carry liability insurance, or will shortly. We are not exorcists, and we make no claim that we have the ability to remove a spirit or entity from a location. We seek only the truth.
We are based out of the Akron, Oh area, but do not
limit ourselves to only that region. We are avail. to investigate in 48 states...(all except Alaska or Hawaii)We do not present ourselves as
experts, for when it comes to the paranormal, no true experts exist.but we are professional in our field with many years of experience.
